Keeping The Momentum
Dear Industry friends,
I wish and sincerely hope that you and family are safe and healthy during this on-going
health crisis.
It is truly a difficult time for the world and for our country. We know that COVID-19 has
created a deep crisis for all of us.
We want you to be rest assured that AIPMA leadership has been working very hard on your
behalf to address the issues the plastics industry is facing in this hour of crisis. Please be
informed that Government is taking health of the people and health of the economy very
seriously. You would be pleased to know that Team Plastivision is already providing service
to members and exhibitors all over India by circulating names and address of Hospitals and
vaccination Centres in respective Zones, with whom arrangements have been made for
vaccinating our members and exhibitors free of cost on priority basis. Chandrakant Turakhia
You can visit http://www.plastivision.org/vaccination.php to know more about our efforts
and latest updates.
I want to really applaud the plastics industry for the massive efforts it has taken to look after
its employees through this period of shutdown. We are very hopeful that the Government
will also do its bit.
We have been organising webinars every month to connect the industry with the new
developments and techniques. In the month of June 2021 we had organized two webinars
covering the topics “Reducing Cost Through Trade Finance and Incoterms” and another “How
to develop Products faster for Plastic Industry using Creo 8.0”
After three very successful sessions with YES Bank, we had our fourth session of the series
on “Reducing Cost Through Trade Finance and Incoterms” where ways of how low cost funds
can be utilized to reduce his working capital cost and how an exporter can avail the schemes
available from government and banks.
The session of “How to develop Products faster for Plastic Industry using Creo 8.0” explained
the new release of Creo will help Plastic Industry to design better products faster. Creo
8 is full of user-focused productivity enhancements and new capabilities for companies
committed to innovation.
This initiative has received an overwhelming response and a large number of registration and
participation from the most imminent experts from the field itself as speakers.
AIPMA is there for each and every one of you.
Wishing good health to one & all!
Thanks and best regards,
