Since the inception of Efficient Engineering in 1984, the organization has evolved from manufacturing industrial
products to becoming experts in manufacturing / solution providers of precision plastic moulded components for
diversified industries.
Efficient Engineering is an outward looking organization aiming to provide end-to-end design, development and
production of precision rigid plastic packaging & plastic injection moulding components.
Today, Efficient Engineering has developed into an ecosystem that produces a complete range of moulding solutions
using all types of latest technologies like injection moulding, EBM, ISBM, compression moulding, thermo-forming
technologies, etc. at its own facility or through its verified subsidiaries.
The company has a 30,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Virar, Maharashtra with an in-house manufacturing,
decoration and assembly operations. This facility includes a 10,000 sq. ft. injection moulding floor split into two
levels designed to optimize the production line.
As part of expansion, Efficient has invested in a new production facility in SIDCUL, Haridwar which is fully operational
& will allow us to double our output/capacity in 2021.
Currently owning 16 injection mounding machines with a range between 50 – 280 tonnes, the equipment is
incorporated with robotic arms, hot runner systems and ancillary equipment. In reference to decoration services,
the company provides for pad-printing, foiling, screen printing and metalizing.
The company has created their own line of cosmetic packaging design which are offered as stock options to various
cosmetic brands across the nation & international markets.
Efficient Engineering is an ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 certified company with a highly skilled team and an experience of
30+ years in the plastic manufacturing industry. They have a designated team for R&D, designing and development.
To take it up a notch in terms of quality, there is an in-house quality and testing laboratory, enabling product tests in a
good turnaround time. This is a great way to get a detailed insight on product performance and ensuring quality
product output every time and in time.
