AIPMA'S AMTEC AT WORK

AIPMA’s AMTEC helps the Industry with providing training and upskilling the manpower in the
fields of 3D Printing, Product Design & Packaging. Since trained manpower brings in significant
benefits, many industries recruit them for various functions including Design, Planning,
Production, Quality, Sales & Marketing, Service & support, etc., Few industries depute their
new recruits to undergo these courses, thereby reducing the orientation time to the minimum.

Highlights of AIPMA’s AMTEC activities in the month of November 2022:

 On 3rd November, an Orientation visit was arranged with DJ Sanghvi College of Engineering
for students from Mechanical department, SE, TE, BE.

 Students and Faculty of Bhagubai Polytechnic Plastic Engineering 2nd year students visited
AIPMA’s AMTEC for an Industrial visit on 4th November. An orientation was arranged for
them and a visit to Ganesh Plastics was arranged to show the students the Injection molding
process. The half day program was attended by 22 students.

 AIPMA’s AMTEC has been offering the services for 3D Printing & Prototyping at an
extremely affordable and competitive rate to the Industry.

 AIPMA’s AMTEC in collaboration with Intertek is offering Testing services at affordable
rates. MSME’s can avail special discounted rates for Biodegradable and compostable testing
services.

 AIPMA’s AMTEC participated in The Global MSME Convention for Plastics Industry on 16th
& 17th November in Goa. The AMTEC stall was well visited by the participants. AMTEC
also signed a MoU with Yudo Hot Runner India Pvt. Ltd. For conducting Hot Runner courses
specially designed for the Industry.

 AIPMA’s AMTEC had participated in Abhiyantriki 2022, a technical festival organized by KJ
Somaiya College of Engineering on 17th & 18th November, where students from various
colleges attended the fest and visited the AMTEC stall.

 AIPMA’s AMTEC organized a special demo session on 3D printing basic course and
Unigraphics NX Cad software for students and Industry personnel on 25th November.

 On 29th November, a webinar was conducted for 3D printing with Mr. Nitin Chaudhari
from SRT. The same was attended by people from the industry and even by an emeritus
faculty from IIT.
