          The CEO Roundtable saw enthusiastic participation from both Government officials and industry leaders, the discussions
          were marked by thoughtful insights and a focused commitment to shaping the future of the plastic industry.

          The agenda focused on important topics such as:

             Sustainability, Innovation, and Expansion: The Plastic Industry's 10-Year Vision for Growth

            Transforming the Plastics Industry for Export Growth: From Rs. 40,000 Crores to Rs. 160,000 Crores
            Building Domestic Capabilities through Import Substitution of Plastic Goods

          In a momentous occasion, the CEO Roundtable was honoured to host Ms. Nivedita  Shukla Verma, Secretary –
          Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals, the distinguished Chief Guest of the event and Mr. Deepak Mishra,
          Joint Secretary – Department of Chemicals and Petro-Chemicals as Guest of Honor. They added gravitas to an already
          impactful gathering, setting the stage for insightful discussions and forward-thinking strategies in the plastic industry.
          Ms. Nivedita Shukla Verma addressed the challenges facing the plastic industry with sagacity and vision. Her insights shed
          light on the critical intersections between Department of Chemicals and Petrochemicals, Government of India and the
          plastic industry, emphasizing the importance of collaborative efforts in fostering sustainable growth. Her address left an

            Circular Economy Adoption was discussed showing Commitment to transitioning towards a circular economy by
             minimizing waste, promoting recycling, and fostering eco-friendly practices.

            Product Diversification conferred to encourage innovation in product design and development, exploring new
             applications for plastics in various industries.

            Innovation was appreciated for Foster collaboration with research institutions, start-ups, and other industries to
             drive innovation and stay at the forefront of technological advancements.
