resilience. He praised India’s inclusive and forward-looking
policy frameworks.

Closing Plenary: Accelerating Growth

Chief Guest: Shri Piyush Goyal

Minister Goyal’s address focused on trade, innovation, and
inclusion as pillars of growth. He cited Make in India and PLI
schemes as transformative, and called for industry to embrace
sustainability and global collaboration.
