The Triumph at ‘K 2016’                                                                                       HAREN SANGHAVI

As all of you are aware about the recently concluded K 2016, the trade show on plastics
     and rubber industry trade fair drew down its curtain on October 26 and it was quite an
excellent forum for the Team AIPMA. We were successful in carrying along a huge Indian
delegation of over 220 individuals representing the Indian industry that mattered the most.

 The Indian delegation was served equally well with a Grand Reception of AIPMA delegates
organized by Messe Düsseldorf at Germany. I would like to thank all our colleagues Mr. Mayhur
D Shah, Mr. Ajay Desai, Chairman Overseas Planning Committee, Mr. Yogesh Shah, Co- Chairman
Overseas Planning Committee and Members of delegation Committee Mr. Chandrakant Turakhia
for leading the delegation and ensuring success for the betterment of the industry.

The K show was it its best with over 230,000 "investment-oriented" visitors from 160 countries
making or an excellent mood amongst 3,285 odd exhibitors. There were lot more of technological
and development advances in Plastics, and it would be actually writing a book if I had to
elaborate.

But yes the show was able to pull over a big investors. Machine and plant manufacturing, which
occupied the biggest exhibition area at K 2016 with over 1,900 exhibitors, was also the centre of
