AIPMA'S AMTEC AT WORK




          AIPMA’s AMTEC helps the Industry with providing training and upskilling the manpower in the
          fields of 3D Printing, Product Design & Packaging. Since trained manpower brings in significant
          benefits,  many  industries  recruit  them  for  various  functions  including  Design,  Planning,
          Production, Quality, Sales & Marketing, Service & support, etc., Few industries depute their
          new recruits to undergo these courses, thereby reducing the orientation time to the minimum.

          Highlights of AIPMA’s AMTEC activities in the month of October 2022:
            Mr. Mayur D Shah, President AIPMA and Mr. Arvind Mehta – Chairman, AIPMA’s AMTEC
              along with Mr. Raju Desai – Past President AIPMA & Mr. Deepak Ballani – DG AIPMA,
              visited YIZUMI on 6th Oct, for the opening ceremony of their new Gujarat factory At
              Sanand, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
            AIPMA’s AMTEC has been offering the services for  3D Printing & Prototyping at an
              extremely affordable and competitive rate to the Industry.
            AIPMA’s AMTEC in collaboration with Intertek is offering Testing services at affordable
              rates. MSME’s can avail special discounted rates for Biodegradable and compostable testing
              services.
            On 6  Oct, an orientation and a guest lecture was conducted at SIES, Nerul Mechanical

              department.
            AIPMA’s AMTEC organized a special demo session on 3D printing basic course and

              Unigraphics NX Cad software for students of NTTF on 7  Oct.
            On 10  Oct NSDC General Manager- Industry Collaborations, visited and had a meeting
                   th
              with AMTEC Chairman and AIPMA President.
            Students from Chemical branch, D J Sanghvi College of Engineering have visited AIPMA’s
              AMTEC premises for an industrial visit on 11th Oct. The students were made aware of
              the technologies and how these training programs will add a competitive edge to their
              portfolios.
            On 15th Oct AMTEC members visited Welingkar Institute of Management to discuss future
              collaborations.


            A Demo session was conducted on 3D printing on 15th Oct, for college students and
              Industry people. Around 21 people registered themselves for the same.


            On  21st  Oct  an Industrial  Visit  was  organized  for the  Science  and Vocational  Subject
              Faculties from Tibrewala Educational Complex.


            On 31st Oct an orientation was given at D J Sanghvi Mechanical Department. The same was
              attended by over 60 students
