          Greetings!!
          Welcome to my vision for AIPMA 2024-2025
          AIPMA’s strength lies in its dedicated team—a powerful network united by a shared
          vision for the sustainable growth and service of the plastics industry. Guided by
          the principles of the Kayakalp initiative, our team is bonded by mutual respect,
          fellowship, and a collective goal to propel AIPMA forward.

          Aspirations for 2024-2025

          With the support of my colleagues in the AIPMA Managing Committee, the guid-
          ance of our Mentor, AIPMA GC Chairman, and the wisdom of past Presidents, I am
          confident in achieving the ambitious milestones set for this year.
          AIPMA: A Broad, Multifaceted Organization

          AIPMA supports every part of the plastics value chain, from polymer manufac-
          turing to machinery and processing. Through its various verticals, AIPMA drives
          progress in advocacy, environmental stewardship, business development, train-
          ing, and market access. Our organization continues to provide impactful services,
          including:
          ♦   Member Services and Advocacy

          ♦   Publication and Plastivision India (PVI)

          ♦   AMTEC Training and Skill Development

          ♦   Conferences & Seminars

          ♦   Environmental Initiatives

          ♦   Export Cell

          ♦   Job Fairs

          ♦   Global Conclave on Plastic Recycling and Sustainability(GCPRS)

          Our 2024-2025 vision includes hosting a successful GCPRS Exhibition and Confer-
          ence on Recycling and Sustainability. We aim to make GCPRS a landmark event
          that highlights innovation in recycling and sustainability in India and globally.
          We invite innovative ideas from all members to enhance our association’s growth
          and impact.
          Strategic Support Areas for 2024-2025

          To strengthen AIPMA’s foundation and operational effectiveness, we are focused
          on:
          ♦   Financial Control and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

          ♦   Government Advocacy and Industry Support (including FTAs, BIS standards,
             anti-dumping duties, and import/export grants)
