REPORT OF AIPMA

A special arrangement by Tibro was made to provide lunch for all delegates on the first day upon
arrival at the hotel, ensuring comfort and convenience after their long journey. This thoughtful gesture
was greatly appreciated by the participants.

There were some issues with the water supply on the first day; however, Tibro managed and resolved
the problem very professionally, ensuring minimal inconvenience to the delegates.

M/s. Tibro Tours Pvt Ltd. were our travel partner for the delegation. The Delegation was provided
optional sightseeing as per package choose by them.

Mr. Mayur K Shah Chairman K 2025 delegation, Mr. Mukesh J Shah Co-Chairman K-2025 delegation
and along with Mr. Sunil Shah President, Mr. Anil Reddy Vennam Senior Vice President Mr. Bipin Desai
Vice President Finance led the K 2025 Delegation.

On Second day 9th October 2025, a grand reception was held by Messe Dusseldorf for our Indian
delegation. Dignitaries from Messe Mr. Thomas Franken Deputy Director address our delegation
about K-2025 giving overview of the exhibition and what new at the event. He also acknowledged
that Indian visitors are among top 10 visitors country across the world. Mayur K Shah Chairman K-2025
Delegation thank our travel partner Tibro for all its arrangements and all the delegates for participating
in our delegation and make it a grand success. The reception was followed by high team which was
used by everyone for networking and discussing impact of economy on various sectors of business
in current times.

Additionally, Team Messe extended great support to the AIPMA delegation and provided special dis-
counted coupons, which were well appreciated by the participants.

Marketing Report:

♦ There were enquires for Membership, Plastic News and other activities which is in follow-up for
the confirmation.

On the final day, the delegates as per the airlines and hotels were transferred to airport accordingly.

Above all, the delegates were very pleased with the services provided by AIPMA and shown their
keen interested to become part of all AIPMA events in near future and have shared the positive feed-
back by a live video.
