CLF celebrates 60th anniversary with key
achievements
huan Lih Fa (CLF) has been meeting the
plastics industry’s requirements with

able operations. As the plastics industry takes a
direction towards sustainability and smart manu-
facturing, CLF has gone beyond tradition to pro-
vide innovative plastics injection moulding ma-
chine models with excellent structural designs to
seal its leadership in the plastics industry.
For CLF, the past 60 years have brought impor-
tant milestones that have seen the company
transforming into one of the globally-respected
manufacturers of injection moulding machines.
CLF’s three key achievements are in line with its
goal to become a leading technology provider,
with a complete product line. Starting with small-
tonnage models, CLF has steadily expanded to
June 2026
a full product range from 60 to 5,000 tonnes.
In recent years, CLF has built a strong track re-
cord in large and ultra-large injection moulding
machines, successfully supporting production
line upgrades across industries such as automo-
tive parts, logistics pallets, home appliances, and
electronics/technology.
CLF has also focused on continuous innova-
tion and strong customization capability.
With 37+ design patents, CLF has consistently
invested in R&D and manufacturing optimisation.
From bumper-dedicated injection moulding ma-
chines, pallet-dedicated machines, PET-dedicat-
ed machines, to four-colour injection moulding
machines, CLF offers high-level customization
and cross-industry integration experience—en-
abling steady growth, diversified applications,
and ongoing global market expansion.
To meet the characteristics and requirements
of large-tonnage systems, CLF introduced two-
platen large injection moulding machines. In ad-
dition to saving at least 20% floor space, CLF
has optimised the clamping structure to improve
stability. These machines are especially suitable
for large plastic parts such as pallets, logistics
sorting crates, construction formwork pan-
els, and wafer boxes. In pallet applications, we
achieved a record of 85 seconds per shot for a
11 kg pallet.
