next phase of growth must come from making India a globally competitive producer and exporter of
finished plastic products. We are aiming at growing exports for finished products 4X in three years.

Whole hearted appreciation for the support
I take this opportunity to thank the Governing Council, Managing Committee, office bearers, regional
teams, committees and the entire AIPMA Secretariat for their cooperation throughout my tenure. My
sincere appreciation also goes to the officials and leadership of the Department of Chemicals and Pet-
rochemicals and the various Ministries and Government departments with whom AIPMA has engaged
throughout the year. Their willingness to hear the industry's concerns and engage in dialogue is es-
sential to building a stronger manufacturing ecosystem.

Most importantly, I thank every AIPMA member. Your suggestions, participation and continued faith
in the Association have been the driving force behind our initiatives. As I complete my tenure, I am
confident that AIPMA will continue to strengthen its role as the unified voice of India's plastics industry.

Let us remain committed to growth with responsibility, competitiveness with sustainability, and domes-
tic strength with global ambition. Together, we can build an Indian plastics industry that is resilient,
innovative, sustainable and globally competitive.
