          Revised Duty Rates of Chapter 39


          The new duty drawback rates,  effective from 4th  February, 2020,  have been announced by the Government on
          28th January, 2020. While the rates remain the same for a large number of tariff lines, the drawback rates have been
          increased for 795 tariff lines and there has been decrease in rates in respect of 1038 tariff lines. Duty drawback on
          items in Chapter 39 has been decreased from 1.5% to 1.3% w.e.f 4th Feb 2020.
