AMTEC AT WORK
Report on Plastivision 2023
PVI 2023, we invited college students, faculties and dignitaries to showcase the plastic industry to them and the potential
that this industry holds for near future. The exhibition was a huge help for AMTEC as it gave us the chance to highlight
our courses and services.
For the 1st three days of exhibition, only industries were allowed to visit and last 2 days were reserved for students.
07.12.2023- Day 1
On the 1st day of inaugural, 20 people visited the stall. Majority of visitors showed interest in Import Substitution Display
and enquired about if we can help them to manufacture such products. One query was regarding CSR Initiative. Some
of the visitors showed interest for 3D Printing & 3D Scanning services.
08.12.2023- Day 2
On 2nd day 47 people visited the stall. Out of these visitors 3 people showed interest in 3D Printing Course. From
colleges that AMTEC team invited, Ms. Shalmali Pawar, Principal, Government ITI Kurla visited PVI along with faculties
Mr.Chetan Satavi, Mrs. Varsha Adhatrao & Mr. Sham Tambatkar. Ms. Pawar was interested in arranging an Industrial Visit
to AMTEC after PVI to let students know about the industry. Mr. Prashant Dongre, Assistant Director, Directorate of
Vocational Education & Training (DVET) visited PVI along with his colleague. He will make the arrangements to start
CSR Batch of 75 Students from 3 different ITI from January. Mr. Amar Prabhu, Principal, Don Bosco Pvt ITI visited PVI
along with Fr. Anthony Pinto, Director. Mr. Prabhu sir will give 25 students and is ready to start batch from 20th Dec’23.
Mr. Jidnesh Patil, TPO, Viva Polytechnic also visited PVI and will bring students to AMTEC for NX Course.
