AMTEC AT WORK

A batch of 73 Students launched under CSR Project for
Tool, Mould & Product Design Course

AIPMA’s Arvind Mehta Technology & Entrepreneurship Centre (AMTEC) has started skilling
project under CSR obligation. In this project AMTEC team has planned to provide skilling
to the students who are from weak financial backgrounds and can’t afford to enrol for extra
courses apart from normal education. This project will make these students industry ready
with the latest technologies and software and will receive placements once they finish off their
training.

Under this project, 2 batches of 37 and 36 students each of Plastic Processing Operator trade
from Government ITI, Panvel and Government ITI, Ambernath have started their training in
the designing. In Tool, Mould & Product Design course they will be learning about UG NX
CAD software for 2D sketching & 3D modelling. With this training they will also get certified
by AMTEC, Skill India-NSDC & Siemens which will be useful for them in their future career
and endeavours.
