DAY 2: Policy Integration and Sustainability Forum Inaugration (18th June 2025)

INAUGURATION OF SUSTAINABILITY FORUM

The second day of GCPRS 2025 was marked by the inauguration of the Sustainability Forum, chaired
by Dr. Vijay Habbu and Mr. Hiten Bheda. The forum was formally opened in the presence of Hon'ble
Union Minister of Textiles, Shri Giriraj Singh, who commended the sector's sustainability efforts and
encouraged deeper integration of recycled plastics into the textile value chain.
