acres of land have been allotted with 76%
already committed. Dholera is emerging as a
semiconductor hub, while Shendra-Bidkin is at-
tracting automotive and EV investments.
Goyal revealed that of 12 new industrial
corridor projects approved in August 2024,
tenders are out, and ground-breaking is ex-
pected by October–November. The blueprint
for 100 new industrial parks is nearly ready, with
plug-and-play infrastructure, SPV-led models,
and single-window clearance systems in the
pipeline.

SEZ Reforms and Future Outlook
