National Seminar on Carbon Capture & Utilization Technology

Capture and Sequestration of Carbon Emissions from
Electricity generation facilities and Industrial sources,
and for Carbon Utilization - the conversion of Co2 into
usable products and fuels.

Among the audience numerous eminent scientists
were present and will be present who all came from
different parts of the country. To name a few:

Dr. K. Sudhkar, NIT, Bhopal
Dr. Vinod Mendhe, CIMFR - CSIR

Dr. Anil Verma, IIT, Delhi
Dr. K. Palanivelu, Anna University Foot fall was
approximately 100 plus.
The objective of the Seminar was to provide full breadth
of possible insights and views on CCU along with its Amongst these audience, there were about 30% scientists
various approaches. Although many of the issues are and majority were the Chemical Engineering students,
subject to scientific debate, but this seminar will draw Research Scholars from JU & Calcutta University.
