CHINAPLAS 2018 – B2B Meeting Report

he B2B meeting was jointly hosted by AIPMA – Plastivision India and CMEC on Thursday, 26th April, 2018 at the
TPrimus Hotel, Hongqiao, Shanghai PR China. The venue was adjacent to the NECC fairground and the meeting began
with the Moderators opening address and then followed by the networking seminar which provided an oportunity fort
informal dialogues and in depth communications between enterprises of the two sides.

Mr. Rituraj Gupta, Chairman NEC, Mr. Hiten Bheda, President AIPMA, Mr. Kailash Murarka Chairman NAB & Mr. Raju
Desai – Mentor Plastivision India, addressed the august audience. All the speakers thanked the office bearers and the
committee members of AIPMA present for the meeting which received an applause.
On behalf of the China Plastics Machinery Industry Association, the Deputy President Ms. Su Dongping addressed the
august audience and shared some important facts and figures of the growth and revenue patterns of the plastics
industry in China.

Mr. Yang Ming Secretary General, China Chamber Of International Commerce Commission on Conventions & Exhibitions
also spoke a few words in welcoming the delegation and expressed his keenness to expand the plastics industry to
international markets creating more avenues of business for enterprises of India & China.
The formal networking seminar began at 6:30 PM between the Chinese & Indian enterprises which were about 300 in
number. Overall, it was an evening which was satisfying for the enterprises representing both countries.
