THE PRESIDENT SAYS
Greetings of the Season!!!
I am deeply honoured and grateful to be chosen as the President of AIPMA. I
would like to express my sincere thanks to all the committee members and the
entire association for placing your trust in me. . I am fortunate to have a capable
team of office bearers and staff, I am sure we will together perform as a team to
achieve goals. The experience of immediate past President Mr Manish Dedhia will
give an added value and put things in right direction.
As I take on this significant role, I assure you of my unwavering commitment to
the betterment and growth of the Indian plastics industry. I look forward to work-
ing closely with key stakeholders, including government departments such as the
Department of Chemicals & Petrochemicals (DCPC), the Ministry of Micro, Small &
Medium Enterprises (MSME), the Department of Commerce and Industry (DCMC),
and all the industry associations. Together, we will strive to foster innovation,
strengthen our community, and address the challenges facing our industry, all
while ensuring sustainable practices and enhancing global competitiveness.
AIPMA always works on front foot to provide plug and play services to the plastic
fraternity where all members can easily access the services. As we all know that
plastic recycling and circular economy is the new way for PLASTIC POSITIVE,
AIMPA is stepping up to providing the EPR guidance and services to the industry
people to better understand the in-depth matter and works along with the need
of the hour.
To support industry from the skill’s perspective, AIPMA’s AMTEC - our education-
al segment is working side by side, looking ahead with aim to upskill and empower
over 2,000 industry-ready students every year, enhancing India's global competi-
tiveness in Plastic manufacturing. This goal reflects our unrelenting commitment
to changing lives via education and skill development.
Together, we are building a brighter, more sustainable tomorrow for all and find-
ing solutions for the plastic industry. We have technological courses such as NX
CAD, Auto CAD, Fusion 360, 3D printing and Reverse Engineering. We are recog-
nized by Skill India and NSDC.
The Indian Plastic Industry is at a scale, in lined with the global industry and defi-
nitely taking up the charge. I am really fortunate to address that AIPMA is being a
real part and a support of the Indian Plastic fraternity.
With the vision of our respected PM Mr. Narendra Modi towards “MAKE IN IN-
DIA, MAKE FOR THE WORLD" movement, AIPMA is more focused towards the
sustainability and circular economy. With us all, we shall make our Indian Plastic
Industry in line with the Global Plastic Industry to create more opportunities for
the betterment of the nation.
I am excited about the journey ahead and look forward to collaborating with you
and the AIPMA family to achieve our shared vision.
