The All India Plastics Manufacturers’ Association & Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises,
Government of India jointly organized Global MSME Convention for Plastics Industry at The Zuri White
Sands, Varca, Goa.
The key objectives of GLOBAL MSME CONVENTION FOR PLASTICS INDUSTRY were to bring together
Leaders, CEOs, government authorities, key industry players along with various micro, small or medium plastics
enterprises and subject matter experts from around the Plastic Sector in an open dialogue, under one roof to discuss
and exchange information, ideas, technology and much more. The conference also aimed to Provide business and
technology support to MSMEs, Emphasis on technology, process; Business, management and market, Help MSMEs with
knowledge to develop high quality products, Case studies, expert discussions, discussions on practical tools along with
Business networking and market opportunities.

Inaugural was presided by Shri. Narayan Rane, Hon’ble Minister for MSME, Govt. of India virtually. Lamp lighting was
done by Chief Guest Dr. Pramod Sawant, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Goa, Govt. of Goa, Guest of Honor Shri Mauvin
Godinho, Hon’ble Minister of Industries, Govt. of Goa, Mr. Mayur D. Shah, President, AIPMA, Mr. Arvind Mehta,
Chairman - Governing Council, AIPMA, Ms. Mercy Epao, Joint Secretary, Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, Dr. Shishir
Sinha, Director General, CIPET, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Govt. of India, and Mr. Manish Dhedia, Senior
Vice President, AIPMA in the presence of Shri Prashant Kumar
