         Cyclyx Invests in Second Circularity


         Center for Plastics Recyclin




                                                                                This new center will complement

                                                                                the first Cyclyx Circularity Center
                                                                                (CCC1), which is set to begin
                                                                                operations in Houston in 2025.

                                                                                Together,  these  facilities will
                                                                                have the capability to produce an
                                                                                estimated 600 million pounds of
                                                                                feedstock each year, significantly
                                                                                contributing to efforts in recycling

                                                                                post-consumer, commercial, and
                                                                                industrial plastic waste that often
