The job fair, held at AIPMA House Mumbai on 24th June 2023, proved to be a highly successful platform for job seekers
and employers to connect. The event brought together a diverse range of industries and professions, offering abundant

Approximately 139 job seekers and 17 employers participated in the job fair. The package offered to employees ranges
from 2.5lac p.a to 18lac p.a. with the shortlisting of 65 candidates making it a well-attended event. The attendees in-
cluded individuals from various backgrounds, including recent graduates, mid-career professionals, and individuals seek-
ing career transitions. The diversity of industries offered a multitude of choices for the attendees, ensuring that there
was something for everyone.
These 17 organisations included leading corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups. The
participating employers represented diverse sectors, such as Raw Material, technology, Chemicals, Machineries, and
manufacturing, ensuring a wide range of job opportunities available for the attendees.
The job fair provided a comprehensive range of employment opportunities. Participating employers offered vacancies in
various job roles, ranging from entry-level positions to senior management, spanning across different industries. It was
observed that the demand for positions in Injection Moulding and manufacturing sales was particularly high, reflecting
the growing popularity and relevance of these fields in the current job market. Additionally, there were ample opportu-
nities for individuals with skills in Marketing, Designers, quality assurance, and accounts.
The job fair served as an excellent platform for job seekers to network with potential employers. Attendees had the
opportunity to interact directly with company representatives, recruiters, and hiring managers. Many employers con-
ducted on-the-spot interviews, saving time and effort for both parties and expediting the hiring process. This approach
provided job seekers with genuine opportunities to showcase their skills and make a memorable impression.
