The All India Plastics Manufacturers’ Association and Ministry of MSME jointly organized Mega
International Conference on the Future of Plastics Industry on 9th & 10th March 2024 at The
Ananta Udaipur, Rajasthan concluded successfully.

The key objectives of MEGA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON THE FUTURE OF
PLASTICS INDUSTRY were to bring together Leaders, CEOs, government authorities, key
industry players along with various micro, small or medium plastics enterprises and subject
matter experts from around the Plastic Sector in an open dialogue, under one roof to discuss
and exchange information, ideas, technology and much more. The conference also aimed to
provide business and technology support to MSMEs, Emphasis on technology, process; Business
management and market, Help MSMEs with knowledge to develop high quality products, Case
studies, expert discussions, discussions on practical tools along with Business networking and
market opportunities.

The Post-Inauguration session witnessed a series of dynamic keynote addresses, each delving into
crucial themes impacting the plastic industry, our speakers shared rabout the vast opportunities
within plastic processing, importance of developing solutions and raising awareness to unlock
the full potential of plastics, future of machine manufacturers in the plastic industry, upgrading
auxiliary equipment processes for recycling plants etc.

The Green Horizons session at the conference delved into the realm of sustainable practices
in plastic recycling, uncovering business opportunities within the sector. Chaired by Mr. Hiten
Bheda, Chairman of Environment Cell AIPMA, the session offered a comprehensive exploration
of innovative recycling methods and their potential impact on the industry.

The second day of the conference was dedicated to witness the themes of "Technological
Innovations, Business Opportunities & The Fiscal Strategies for Growth in the Plastic Industry
where session titled "Plastics Tomorrow: Innovations Shaping the Future of Industry was
presented. Subsequently many speakers shared their thoughts and made the event more
informative and knowledgable.
