                               AIPMA Mega Job Fair – 14th September 2023

          The job fair, held at AIPMA House Delhi on 14th September 2023, emerged as a remarkably effective forum for job
          seekers and employers to establish connections. The job fair can be confidently labelled as a major success. Right from
          the moment it began, there was a sense of excitement as job seekers flooded the venue. The event brought together
          a diverse range of industries and professions, offering abundant opportunities for both experienced professionals and
          newcomers to the job market. This report aims to provide an overview of the key highlights and outcomes of the job
          fair.
          Approximately 400 job seekers and 18 employers participated in the job fair. The package offered to employees ranges
          from 3L p.a. to 18L p.a. with the shortlisting of 100+ candidates making it a well-attended event.  The attendees in-
          cluded individuals from various backgrounds, including recent graduates, mid-career professionals, and individuals seek-
          ing career transitions. The diversity of industries offered a multitude of choices for the attendees, ensuring that there
          was something for everyone.
          These 18 organisations included leading corporations, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups. The
          participating employers represented diverse sectors, such as Raw Material, technology, Chemicals, Machineries, and
          manufacturing, ensuring a wide range of job opportunities available for the attendees.
          The job fair featured a wide array of job openings, catering to a diverse range of employment needs. Participating com-
          panies had job openings available in different job levels, starting from entry-level positions to senior management roles,
          covering various industries. Notably, there was a strong demand for roles in Injection Moulding and sales within the
          manufacturing sector, underscoring the increasing importance and appeal of these professions in today's job landscape.
          Furthermore, the event offered numerous prospects for individuals possessing expertise in Marketing, Design, quality
          control, and accounting.
          The job fair functioned as a valuable arena for job seekers to connect with prospective employers. Participants could en-
          gage in direct conversations with company delegates, recruiters, and hiring supervisors. Numerous employers also car-
          ried out immediate interviews, which streamlined the hiring process and benefited both job seekers and employers by
          saving time and effort. This approach allowed job seekers to authentically display their skills and create a lasting impact.
          In summary, the job fair emerged as a mutually advantageous occasion for both job seekers and employers. The event's
          diverse array of industries and job openings, along with numerous interview and networking prospects, rendered it an
          immensely influential platform for those in pursuit of employment. The successful turnout and positive feedback from
          both attendees and participating employers reflect the effectiveness of the initiative in connecting talent with oppor-
          tunities. Job fairs like this play a crucial role in bridging the gap between job seekers and employers, helping to drive
          economic growth and career development.
