Greetings to All,
It’s been an honor to pen down my final message as the President of AIPMA with full optimism
and confidence, the journey throughout the year was really special as I witnessed the growth of
AIPMA working towards serving The Indian Plastic Industry.
Recently we successfully concluded AIPMA Job Fair organised on 14th September 2023 with an
exceptional footfall of 400 candidates and 18 companies. Overall 100+ candidates got selected
and few received offer letter on the spot whereas 80-90 candidates got shortlisted for the next
round. The concept was to address the employment issue of the industry and we are glad to
inform that the stats were very positive and fruitful for the employers as well as the candidates.

AIPMA organized more than 9 events and conferences this year which were really helpful to
educate the Indian manufacturers. Among this, 6 conferences on Import Substitution in 6 cities
nationwide was very successful and informative elaborating the importance of the subject. We
have received a great response from the attendees from every city and we wish to organize
more of such conferences to help take Indian manufacturers a step towards growth.

Thank you all for supporting us, We will make sure to provide our services and put best to the
industry.

This month we have visited Plast2023, Held from 5 to 8 September 2023 at Fiera Milano (Rho),
Italy which was a worth attending exhibition in terms of technology and innovations, Many ex-
hibitors have displayed amazing growth and a promising future for plastic industry ahead. These
companies are likely to introduce their machineries and innovative products to India as well
which is going to give a huge gateway to the Indian Plastic Industry.

We are around the corner to enter the final stage of PLASTIVISION 2023, 5th in line of world’s
top plastic trade shows which is fully booked and the team is working towards the Road Shows
throughout the country. We are expecting around 1500+ exhibitors worldwide and a heavy
footfall. Our online visitor registration is started. We would like you all to be a part of this ex-
hibition and witness leaping forward to climb the standard of world’s most influential business
platform.

I wish to conclude here with immense Thanks to all for the support and co-operation. I feel for-
tunate to be a part of AIPMA having a strong legacy and great contribution to the Industry since
1947. Looking forward to support Indian Plastic Industry and AIPMA at all time.
