Greeting to All,
This year we have witnessed many exhibitions and conferences which surely gave an extra
push to industry and provide the information about the new development and import of plastic
          products.
AIPMA Job Fair 2023 concluded successfully organised on 14th September 2023 with an
exceptional footfall of 400 candidates and 18 companies. Overall 100+ candidates got selected
and few received offer letter on the spot whereas 80-90 candidates got shortlisted for the next
round. The concept was to address the employment issue of the industry and we are glad to
inform that the stats were very positive and fruitful for the employers as well as the candidates.
Thank you for supporting us, we will make sure to provide our services and put best to the
          industry.
On the New developments and innovations in the industry, the Mould and Dies Machinery
plays an important role. We see a lot of new technology introduced in the market for the
better output, Mould and dies machinery are used to create precise and intricate designs for
plastic products. They ensure consistent and accurate shaping of plastic materials, resulting in
high-quality finished products. Manufacturers can mass-produce plastic products quickly and
efficiently and this helps in reducing production costs and meeting customer demands in a cost-
          effective manner.
It Enable manufacturers to create customized plastic products according to specific requirements
and designs and allows for product differentiation and meeting the unique needs of customers.
These machinery enable faster production cycles and reduced downtime between production
runs. This leads to increased productivity and output, allowing manufacturers to meet market
demand effectively. These machines are built to withstand the high pressures and temperatures
involved in plastic production. They are designed to be durable and long-lasting, ensuring
consistent performance over an extended period results to maintain strict quality control
          standards throughout the production process.
Mould and dies machinery allow better control over the manufacturing process, resulting in
reduced waste and scrap materials. This helps in reducing material and cost wastage, making
the production process more sustainable. They enable the creation of complex shapes, intricate
details, and unique features, opening up new possibilities for product innovation in the plastic
industry. This versatility helps manufacturers stay competitive in the market and meet changing
          customer preferences.
This also facilitate faster and more efficient production processes. With automation and
advanced technology, these machines can streamline operations, reduce manual labor, and
          optimize manufacturing efficiency.
We are around the corner of the most awaited exhibition “PVI 2023” which is going to be
