           Sessions  on  Sri  Lanka/SAARC  and  Nepal  provided  practical  perspectives  on  opportunities  in
           neighbouring and regional markets.


           Plastic Toys – From Design to Global Markets
           Mr. Presh Panchal, Managing Director, CAM Tools Industries, presented plastic toys as a potential
           export opportunity, covering the value chain from product design and tooling to accessing global
           markets.

           Automation, AI and Smart Factories
           Mr. Rui Hikimoto of FANUC India discussed the integration of precision hardware and AI for smart
           factories, highlighting automation as a means of improving productivity, precision, consistency and
           competitiveness.

           Global Buyer Perspective

           The panel discussion on Global Buyers expectation focussed on that international buyers are not
           looking for a supplier but whole ecosystem The Panel discussion was moderated by Shri NC Saha.
           The panellists presented their view on the global buyer perspective, focusing on sourcing criteria and
           vendor expectations.

           International Markets – Sri Lanka, Nepal and Kenya.

           The session on Sri Lanka, Nepal and Kenya war presented by the processing industry or buyers from
           there. The key observation were that, though these countries requirement are very low compared
           to the size of plastics industry in India, but India is their main source for raw material and finished
           products. Another fact which emerged was that Indian converter should approach these markets
           more aggressively for increasing their exports.
