AIPMA AT WORK
Shri Arvind Mehta, Mentor for GCPRS and Chairman Governing Council AIPMA was more focused on
providing solutions to the recycling industry. In the 3rd GCPRS, there are 250 exhibitors from 12 coun-
tries across the full recycling value chain. He talked of the efforts being made by AIPMA in providing
the solution for Skill Gaps, Boosting the finished product export to 4X in three years. He brough to the
attention of Chief Guest the Lacuna in EPR portal such as long time taken for registration and a uni-
form EPR across the country similar to One GST One Nation. He also talked about tweaking GST and
using it as game changer for Plastic recycling industry growth.
Mr Mehta was also particular not to follow the west
blindly in their legislations for recycling and use of
plastics.
Shri Siddhartha Shah, Chairman GCPRS said that
EPR and resource efficiency are creating markets
for the recycled plastics. GCPRS is an effort to bring
all stakeholders together. Technology providers are

Inauguration of Exhibition by the dignitaries
On the request of GCPRS, Shri Tejveer Singh an-
nounced the dates and Venue for the 4th GCPRS
on 1-4th July 2027 to be held at the same venue i.e. Chief Guest Shri Tejveer Singh being taken around the Exhibition
Bharat Mandapam.
Shri Tejveer Singh was taken around the exhibition in which he had shown very keen interest.
One could see the importance being given to recycling and sustainability by looking the Govt officials
who spared their time to grace the occasion.
